Meet Our Leadership Team
Don
CEO
Compass North is Don's second company, which began through his love for flying.
As an Airline Transport Pilot and aircraft owner, he noticed that he was spending more time going over logs and paperwork than he was flying. After talking with a few of his colleagues who were also facing the same frustration, he decided to do something about it! In 2019, his vision was actualized as Compass North.
Don spends most of his time in the air, at a pilot lounge, and with his family and friends.
Marek
VP, Development
Marek served in the US Marine Corps after high school, where he quickly attained the rank of Sergeant. Later, he utilized his G.I. Bill benefits to earn a degree in Computer Science. He now serves as VP of Development, handling the day-to-day business and connecting each team to the greater vision.
Marek spends his free time reading, running, and with his wife and five "fur children" - two cats and three pint-sized dogs.
Alex
VP, Customer Support
If you have questions about airplanes, Alex is your guy!
Equipped with years of customer service experience and a vast amount of aircraft industry knowledge, Alex provides reliable support and individual attention to our customers.
On the weekends, Alex can be found going to local events, spending time with family, and chilling with his "sidekick" - Bella, his rescue dog.
